Anmol Aulakh joined Sikh Coalition as a Community Development Manager, where she focuses on bolstering community engagement through fostering connections with Sikh Student Associations and volunteers nationwide. She strives to strengthen community engagement to encourage unity, amplify the voice of the Sikh body, and support the Sikh Coalition’s mission of protecting civil rights and promoting Sikh awareness.
She brings a diverse background that spans the fields of healthcare, nonprofit leadership, and organizational management. She has volunteered extensively in the medical field, serving as a Medical Volunteer Unit Ambassador at North Shore University Hospital. As collegiate President of American Cross, Anmol reinvented the organization’s structure and led humanitarian initiatives and partnerships with renowned organizations including UNICEF, St Jude’s, Army Emergency Relief, and Feeding America. Under her leadership, The New York Institute of Technology presented the organization with the Community Service Award for establishing the most successful events on or off campus regarding causes of concern.
Cultivating deep experience in community advocacy and humanitarian service, she serves as Executive Director of One God in All, a nonprofit organization rooted in the Sikh teachings of Ik Onkaar and is dedicated to promoting religious unity, compassionate service, and global interfaith collaboration. Through her vision, the organization brought together Gurdwaras, interfaith councils, and community organizations – both Sikh and non-Sikh – across the NYC region, showcasing strong unity of the New York Sikh community to municipal officials. Anmol served as the keynote speaker at Gracie Mansion’s first ever Vaisakhi celebration, where she delivered a powerful address on Sikh values and the significance of Vaisakhi on international television, promoting awareness and a better understanding of the Sikh faith.
Anmol graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor in Life Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology’s BS/DO medical program. Deeply rooted in the Sikh principles of compassion and service, she has a lifelong commitment as a sevadaar at her local Gurdwara and volunteers daily when she has the time. Beyond her professional pursuits, Anmol is passionate about holistic wellness, spirituality, and lifelong learning.
