Nikki Moor was promoted to Senior Development Manager in May 2025; she initially joined the Sikh Coalition as Development Manager in June of 2023. In her role, she is responsible for developing relationships with donors and funders, facilitating both digital and in-person donor fundraising opportunities, and helping the organization reach our annual fundraising goals.
Prior to joining the Sikh Coalition, Prableen worked as a human resources generalist. She performed a wide range of HR functions for her previous employers, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and coordination of compensation and benefits. Her ability to foster a positive work environment and provide guidance to both employees and management contributed significantly to organizational success and culture. She now brings these strong communication and relationship-building skills to the Sikh Coalition in order to cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with individual donors from within the sangat, foundations, and other stakeholders.
Prableen graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. During her free time, she enjoys going on hikes, taking spin class, and enjoying the outdoors with her dog Loki.
